Our Doctor

Dr. Heidi Bruch, founder of Bruch Family Eye Care, has a passion for providing quality eye care in a family-friendly setting. It has been her lifetime goal of starting a private practice at our current office location, once owned by her childhood optometrist, who inspired her to become an optometrist herself.

Dr. Heidi Bruch is a Lehigh Valley native who loves to spend time outdoors and is a mom of three children. She received her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and Public Health from Lehigh University, as well as her Doctorate of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

Dr. Bruch’s mission is to provide the highest level of optometric care to a wide variety of patients in order to help preserve our most valued sense; our vision. With seven years of experience, Dr. Bruch is able to provide for the entire family.

She not only provides routine eye care, but also manages various types of ocular disease such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts, keratoconus, dry eye, and more. Dr. Bruch specializes in pediatric eye care with experience in amblyopia and myopia control management. She also provides fittings for both regular soft contacts as well as specialty lenses, such as sclerals and orthokeratology contacts. Lastly, Dr. Bruch co-manages post-cataract and LASIK surgeries.
